As the first hospital using the isolation of instruments, beds, and room sections, the medical staff and
the patients of Shuang Ho Hospital closely abide by the sterile and non-contagious policy to effectively cut down the infection with

24 hours. The center's newest and dual RO instruments have been GMP certified by Department of Health to apply a multiple safety

Established at the year of 2009, Aesthetic Laser Center is located on the second floor of Shuang Ho Hospital. The center is designed
with a pleasant environment, equipped with most advanced laser technology and run by well-trained aestheticians. Led by Dermatologists and Plastic Surgeons,
Aesthetic Laser Center offers three advanced service: Aesthetic Laser Treatment (such as, skin rejuvenation, skin tightening, pigmentation removal etc.),
Esthetic Fillers and Cosmetic Skin Care. Furthermore, it introduces the first Candela AlexTrivantageTM device in Taiwan, which is able to remove various tattoo

Department of Nuclear Medicine and PET-CT Center |
The distinctive features of the services are providing whole
body and tomographic functional scans. The equipments and services include PET-CT
scanner, single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) and radioimmunoassay
(RIA). The tracer applied for PET-CT scanner is 18F-deoxyglucose (FDG), and PET-CT
has been proved that it can make significant contribution to the diagnoses and treatments
of various cancers.

Sleep Center
|
A professional medical team formed with doctors from different departments
which are Neurology, Psychiatry, Pulmonary, Otolaryngology, and Dentistry to provides

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy is one of new complementary therapies,

on. Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Center cooperates with many departments which include
plastic surgery, dermatology, dentistry and neurologic surgery, in order to provide
regular consulting and referral system to improve the understanding of treatment
and shorten the time of treatment.

Stroke Center |
Stroke is the third-leading cause of death in Taiwan that shows the
importance of stroke treatment. Stroke is a severe injury of brain in a short time but its
complications could last a very long time. The Stroke Center of Shuang Ho Hospital was formed
in 2009, in order to provide state-of-art medical care of stroke around Jhonghe area. The Stroke
Center of Shuang Ho Hospital, consists of a strong multi-discipline team, provides the medical
services which combine with several specialties, such as Emergency medicine, Neurology, Neurosurgery,
Neuroradiology, Rehabilitation and Pharmacy. In acute ischemic stroke, our intravenous thrombolytic
therapy (IV tPA) door-to-needle time is around 60 minutes and our neuroradiology team could do
intra-arterial thrombolytic therapy within one hour if needed. Stroke is an emergent condition.
To improve the outcome of stroke, people’s awareness of diseases and an outstanding stroke team are
both essential. Shung Ho Hospital stroke center is well-prepared to achieve this mission.
